We work with a continuous process that connects design, manufacturing, and assembly to deliver a ready-to-use pool in just a few days.

Ground excavation
First, the location of the pool is decided. Factors such as stair access, sunlight, and slope must be considered. Once the location is defined, the excavation of the ground is carried out.

Ground conditioning
Next, the ground is leveled with small gravel to ensure the pool is correctly supported at the bottom.

Pool placement
Once at your home, the pool is unloaded and inserted into the hole excavated and leveled by the operators, provided that distances and terrain allow it.

Leveling
Once the pool is installed, the levels are checked again. If they are not correct, they are adjusted until the pool is perfectly level.

Perimeter filling
We fill all the remaining space between the pool and the excavation with gravel. This way, we prevent any possible movement.

Peripheral installations
At this point, all that remains is to install the pipes, skimmers, filtration system... This can be done in parallel with the gravel filling. Everything is installed and connected to the filtration shed or technical room.

Concrete ring beam
To ensure the correct installation of your pool, we create a concrete ring beam to settle it. We always recommend placing mesh reinforcement in the concrete.

Coping stone placement
Finally, custom-made coping stones are usually placed for each polyester pool model. However, some families prefer the installation of wooden decking or a full terrace.
