Whistleblower Internal Channel
PISCINES MON DE PRA, SL (hereinafter MONdePRA) has implemented an internal communications channel for all those who wish to communicate or report any fact that may have violated the material scope of Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, extendable to areas of corporate criminal liability.
You can activate the form by opening the following link [Internal Channel Form]; in this regard, it is of interest to establish that in the header of the internal form you will find an organized index of links of interest associated with the law and the operation of the channel. For this reason, it is advised that before making a communication or filing a report, you read the informative links established for this purpose.
Once you correctly complete the form and proceed to send it, you will receive a "code/locator" to be able to track the status of the communication. Please save the locator to be able to check the status and resolution of the communication at any time through the following link [report management access].
If you have any problems with access or completing the form, you can contact us via the following email [email protected] to address or seek a compromise solution, within the law, so that you can make the communication (identifying yourself or anonymously).
Additionally, the Law establishes the creation of an external information channel and the appointment of an Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority. Any natural person may report to said Authority, or to the corresponding regional authorities or bodies, the commission of any actions or omissions included in the scope of application of this law; in the case of MONdePRA, the competent body will be the “Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia”.
Finally, in correlation with this regulatory compliance, it is established that MONdePRA has a "Criminal Risk Plan", and in this regard, this "internal channel" may cover communications of any infraction or crime associated with what is collected in Article 31 Bis of the Penal Code.
